Novellas

Bareback Angels accepts novella length stories (20000-45000 words) in all genres.

We're searching for romances with an erotic edge, and we're hoping for something to please our genre hungry readers. Westerns, sci-fi and fantasy, urban fantasy and mystery are strongly encouraged, as well as conventional modern romances.

Novellas should be 20,000 words and up, have romantic characters, and have a romantic turn to the plot. Genre fiction with a western theme is especially welcome.

These stories will pay 35% of the cover price on all sales from ebooks made on the Bareback Angels Press website, and 25% of the cover price on all sales from our distributors' sites, paid quarterly. We also offer 8% royalties for print books, and author incentives based on sales. Distributor sales are not paid until we receive payment from that seller and can lag up to two quarters.
